🔯Bongaigaon District Administration appeals public not to follow rumour 

📝#Bongaigaon,24th July : People of Several places of Bongaigaon namely Boitamari, Paulpara etc.has been panic by rumour of Black people from a few days before.District Administration ,Bongaigaon appeals public through miking in Bongaigaon town not to panic because this is a rumour and the news of Black people is not true,it is only a rumour.Police Administration also is appealing general public not to take it seriously.

        As per instruction of Dr. M S Lakshmi Priya,IAS,Deputy Commissioner,Bongaigaon a meeting has been arranged today by Partha Sarathi Jahari, SDO (C),North Salmara with people of Boitamari Revenue Circle in presence of Nitumoni Das, Sub-Divisional Police Officer,North Salmara and Sujata Goswami, Circle Officer,Boitamari  at Boitamari regarding the Rumoured Black people in and around area of Boitamari. After discussion with the people, an action plan has been decided that awareness programs with the village people will be held at Dhantola Bazar, Nityo Bazar, Dhaknabari Bazar, Beerpara and Pasagaon Chariali from tomorrow where administration and police officials will also be present to spread the message. Also, Police officials have sensitised the VDPs to stay alert and maintain strict vigilance to prevent any untoward incident in the upcoming days 

On the other hand Pallab Jyoti Nath, Circle Officer, Srijangram also conducted a meeting today at Mererchar Thana  premises with VDPs and leading citizens regarding the issue of prevailing rumour about Black people and White people.He instructs VDPs for strict vigil and night petrolling of police to be carried out strictly.It was also decided to organise another meeting with GP president and Secretary and VDPs on the aegies of Mererchar thana shortly for spreading more awreness among public.

       Miking was also done in Abhayapuri town and Boitamari town area today in this issue of Black people.🔯
